I can see much text on the site, could you please explain in a few words what your system is intended for?

In short, our system allows to arrange quickly collection and preparation of reports in the framework of a BTL project. Owing to the system, project participants (field employees of an advertising agency as well as employees of contractors) report on results of the implemented promo actions and other consumer promotion initiatives and a project manager has an opportunity to control the results achieved and make reports on their basis for executives and clients. Moreover, it is possible to set any convenient reporting structure that is used by project participants for reporting, taking into account objectives and tasks of each project.

I am responsible for BTL projects implementation. How can your system be useful for me?

Our system allows you to organize collection of reports from participants of your BLT projects as well as set a structure of reports collected in accordance with objectives and tasks of a project. You are able to control results of the work of promotion personnel and contractors in real time mode and see who of them keeps reporting back. Special control panels display all the most important indicators of your projects in the clearest form. You can use the information accumulated in the system for preparing reports for executives and contractors. System capacity allows to extract any information from any project to make reports on points, employees, contractors, regions and so on.

Moreover, our system will allow you to declare seriousness of your approach to BLT project control for your clients and gain a competitive advantage when participating in tenders.

I am a representative of an advertising agency. Could you tell me what competitive advantages your system gives?

The most important thing is that the System excludes manual processing of information from the process of evaluation and control of BTL project results. Due to this the number of mistakes as well as costs reduce and the general quality of a project increases. Owing to the opportunities of the report preparation system (the full-fledged OLAP solution is built in the system) it is possible to offer a client a required level of specification and complexity of the whole reporting relating to a project. As processing of the reporting information is fully automated, clients are provided with reports without delay and breach of an adopted schedule. If there is any doubt as to trustworthiness of obtained results, there is always an opportunity to trace the whole route of imposed information from the promotion action point of a report on out to a line in a final report. Immediately after input of the information in the system it becomes accessible to analysis. When necessary it is possible to provide a client with online information about project process. Up-to-date architecture of the system allows to work on a project of any volume. Regardless of how many people and regions participate in a project, the System will provide a required level of control and quality of the results.

What the difference between your system and an ordinary project management system or a planning system?

The main fundamental difference of AMS BTL from project management systems and planning systems is in the approach to result control. In project management systems and planning systems the result control is carried out at a level of tasks. For example, if we want to mark the fact of the completion of a task we change its status from "non-complete" to "complete". The result itself or more precise information about the result of a task fulfillment is beyond the framework of the System, for example, in Excel file attached to a task. Such an approach makes analysis of project fulfillment ineffective because the main result is hidden from a user and stored in an attached document. For this reason, in order to monitor a project, one has to process the information from such documents simultaneously with task planning. In AMS BTL control of task fulfillment is carried out at a level of results. The system considers not only the fact of task completion but its results as well, i.e. instead of changing the status there registered the information about actual values of targets (the number of gifts dealt out, the number of sold goods, the number of effective contacts and so on). Excel-document becomes a part of a fulfilled task. Owing to such a method of control there appears an opportunity to analyze a project not on the basis of totality of tasks completed but on the basis of results achieved. So, there is no necessity in additional processing of the information. Planning and monitoring of results are carried out in the same system.

What specialists of an advertising agency are brought into work with the system?

For the work in the system there used the following job profiles:

• Projects manager is a specialist responsible for fulfillment of all projects. Usually this profile corresponds to a head of BTL department.
• Project manager is a specialist responsible for fulfillment of one or several projects. This profile usually corresponds to BTL project manager.
• Contractor project manager is a specialist responsible for fulfillment of a project on the part of a contractor. Usually this profile corresponds to managers of contractors participating in projects.
• Report manager is a specialist responsible for input of information about task fulfillment results. Usually this profile corresponds to supervisors or promoters who are responsible for input of collected information into the system at the end of each working day.

What projects, besides BTL, can be implemented by means of the system?

The mechanism of information collection and report preparation built in the system is rather universal and it can be applied for almost any task solution where it is required to control a certain number of indicators collected by personnel from territorially distributed objects during a long period of time. Applying Activity Management System BTL you will be able to control simultaneously indicators and the process of these indicators collection.

Our agency does not very often implement BTL projects so, there is no sense to purchase the full package of the system licenses but there is a necessity to apply it in case of a project implementation. What are possible variants?

What criteria must comply my PC for work with AMS BTL system?

Most likely your PC already has enough to work with AMS BTL. All you need is one of the popular browsers on the board. Best fit for our system is an Internet Explorer but you can also use Chrome, FireFox or Safari. So you may have Windows or Mac OS installed. What mobile devices are already supported by AMS BTL?

Mobile application for AMS BTL works on any modern smartphone or communicator. Thanks to HTML5 technology, application can be run directly in the mobile browser on your device. AMS BTL mobile is built on jquery mobile technology that support wide range of mobile platforms.

Can we use system interface and mobile application simultaneously to fill project reports?

It does not matter what source have been used to fill reports. Moreover reports filled with mobile device can be modified in interface of the system, and vice versa.

What are Users and Field Users and what is the difference between them?

Users – users that have access either to management functions, or business analytics functions. Such users include employees of your Company, employees of your clients, as well as counterparties or partners.
Field users – field employees that perform work outside the Company’s office and have to report on the results of the work conducted. These users have access only to one function: report completion.
